What a match we have in store here, after an early scare, Spain strolled home in their round of 16 match against Georgia but for Germany, it was a completely different story.
The record books will show a 2 – 0 victory against Denmark but those who watched the game will know only too well that Denmark were hard done by and Germany were very lucky to win.
As in all tournaments, there have been a number of hard luck stories in Euro24, but Denmark had every right to complain about the poor refereeing decisions that went against them, they deserved so much more out of the match.
Odds and Predictions
This will be a close match for sure and looking at the odds, the bookies have it matched very evenly with France the narrow favourites at 2.62, Germany are priced at 2.75 and the odds for the draw are 3.25.
We would love to recommend Spain to win in 90 minutes for our tips, based on the entertainment value that they give in every match but we can’t see past the draw of which 3.25 are fair odds.
The scoreline of 1 – 1 is priced at 6.5 and we are more than happy to have some of that.
For the last one of our predictions we are having an interest in the ‘To score at any time’ market.
Jamal Musiala is the selection at 4.75 but remember to tick the ‘void if player does not start’ box, just in case.

Expected Line Ups
Germany will be feeling the pressure in this game and will be relying on players such as Toni Kroos to put his foot on the ball and calmly control the game from midfield.
Spain have been so impressive so far in the tournament so for them, it has to be just a case of carrying on as they have been.
The Spanish equivalent of Toni Kroos is Rodri, so it will be fascinating to see who wins the battle in midfield.
Spain (4-3-3): Unai Simón; Dani Carvajal, Robin Le Normand, Aymeric Laporte, Marc Cucurella; Rodri, Pedri, Fabián Ruiz; Lamine Yamal, Álvaro Morata, Nico Williams
Germany (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Joshua Kimmich, Jonathan Tah, Antonio Rüdiger, Maximilian Mittelstädt; Toni Kroos, Robert Andrich; Jamal Musiala, İlkay Gündoğan, Leroy Sané; Kai Havertz
How Far Will These Teams Progress in the Tournament?
Even though Germany has always been the old enemy of England, that is not the reason why we are tipping Spain to win this game in extra time or even penalties.
No one has impressed more than Spain in this competition and we feel that Germany will not be able to cope with their style and flair in the extra time period.
At this point in the tournament, Spain deserves to go on and lift the trophy but we all know that anything can happen in the beautiful game, that’s why we all love it.
